Standing out with its innovative applications in the field of sewage sludge disposal, İNEVA Çevre Teknolojileri AŞ has now targeted Russia after the Balkans. İNEVA, which established a company in Russia at the beginning of May, has accelerated its investment activities for new projects.
INEVA Environmental Technologies General Manager Onur Taş stated that the efforts initiated at the parliamentary level by the Russian government, which wants to prevent the damage caused to the environment by sewage sludge from wastewater treatment plants, towards protecting nature and preventing environmental pollution, were effective in their decision to invest in Russia. Taş continued as follows: In line with the important commercial, economic, political relations developing between the Republic of Turkey and the Russian Federation, we planned a structure similar to that in Turkey to solve the sewage sludge problem in a geography of 18 million square kilometers. Along with these activities that we will put into effect in Russia, our research for different countries continues.
INEVA, whose foundations were laid in 2004, disposes of sewage sludge and waste with high humidity without the need for drying with its unique technology. In addition, during this process, 1.5 tons of steam energy can be produced for every 1 ton of waste disposal. While it is possible to use this steam energy directly, it can also be converted into electrical energy by adding turbines if desired.
